Self-Motivational Principles and Strategies that Produce Leadership Characteristics and Qualities

“Jumpstart your Motivation – 10 Jolts to Get Motivated and Stay Motivated” is a incredible combination of personal success stories, examples, practical advice and proven techniques. Interactive Workit exercises are designed to help you, the reader, apply to your life the principles just discussed.

Each chapter is chock-full of insights, practical useful tools, and specific skills to help you achieve and maximize your life goals, personally and professionally, and to help you focus on your true purpose.

The book is made up of eleven foundational principles, which, when put into practice are life-changing, including: such things as finding your unique purpose, identifying your passion, becoming a lifetime learner, the art of achievement, and the importance of evaluation.

Doyle’s light hearted wit and subtle humor are understated reminders that sometimes we take our detours to our success too seriously to learn from them.

As I read the enthusiastic endorsements of Shawn’s writing, I was impressed with the superlative words and descriptive phrases that describe his passion for leadership development and human potential, for example; high caliber content, stimulating greater levels of performance, and masterfully written.

“Jumpstart your Motivation” will resonate with training managers, life coaches, and business leaders, and is must reading for anyone ready to realize their dreams, set goals, and move to the next level of success.

A complimentary copy of this book was provided for review purposes. The opinions are my own.
