Transformational Leadership, and Teambuilding Formulas and Systems
A quick review of the endorsements of Dr. Rick Goodman’s book “The Solutions Oriented Leader” and I knew I had a winner in my hands. However, during a time crunch, the book took a prominent place on my “in-process line-up.”
A few days later, a quick review of the preface, introduction, and table of contents confirmed the earlier conclusion – a real adventure in reading ahead. A quick scan preview of 190 pages and an extensive index took me back to chapter one, paragraph one and I soon became deeply engrossed in Dr. Goodman’s well-tested strategies and proven principles for improving business management and organization behavior and teambuilding efforts, and on my way to becoming a solutions-oriented team leader.
In his writing, Dr. Goodman uses a combination of common sense, extraordinary insight, real-life stories, and practical steps for effectiveness in:
- Team building
- Employee Retention
- Engagement Surveys
- And Much, Much More
Dr. Goodman is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker on leadership, management, and organizational behavior.
