In his book “Be Amazing or Go Home,” Shep Hyken presents a creed for creating customer service habits that will benefit everyone. The book is filled with stories from his experiences and relevant case studies that demonstrate the impact of “being amazing.” Each chapter creates a sense of surprise and wonder – pretty amazing.
I found the “Key Take Away” section featured at the end of each section extremely helpful and worth of imprinting indelibly in all relationships, customer and personal.
Shep’s writing is authentic, genuine, and highly motivating.
“Be Amazing or Go Home ” is highly endorsed by CEOs, sales and marketing executives, industry leaders, professional speakers, and business managers at every level.
